Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

Mission Impossible is a series of action packed spy films and is the fourth in the series. I’ve always loved Mission Impossible. The action. The fun. The spy-gear, however Ghost Protocol has got to be my favourite.

My favourite thing about the movie is the actors. I mean Jeremy Renner for one, what more can I say? He’s just a fantastic guy and an even better actor. Tom Cruise never fails to impress the big screen and through all 4 movies he has made them action packed and fun and for me he plays the part perfectly and always leaves me wanting more at the end of each film. Paula Patton is a fantastic actor who makes the movie sophisticated and she’s just a fun actor, and Simon Pegg is just hilarious I’ve always loved Simon in movies he’s comedic and makes the movie uplifting. These actors tick all the boxes in creating a perfect, action-packed movie.

Tom Cruise- Ethan Hunt

Jeremy Renner- William Brandt

Paula Patton- Jane Carter

Simon Pegg- Benji

I mean how can you resist the line “Your mission should you choose to accept” which you find yourself waiting for in every movie. I definitely recommend you to watch this movie, all of them in fact. They are fun and if you’re looking for an action packed movie, well you’re in the right place.

The Other Woman

The other woman I feel is a girly film. Ive always been a fan of girly films, i mean who isn’t (well unless you’re a man then you probably like them less ;D) so as soon as i found out another girly film was hitting cinemas i hit the road to go and watch it.

The other woman came out around April this year (2014). It’s a fun movie about a  woman who finds out her boyfriend has been cheating on her with another woman. They get together and find he’s been cheating again with another one, all three women get together to get revenge on him. This is a good movie to get together with some friends and enjoy a night in. I was very impressed and will definitely be watching this movie again.

As for the actors; Cameron Diaz plays Carly - The girlfriend who got betrayed. Leslie Mann plays Kate-The wife. Kate Upton plays Amber-Another mistress to Mark, and Nikolaj Coster- Waldau plays Mark - The cheating husband. Supporting Actors include Nicki Minaj, Taylor Kinney and Don Johnson. All actors worked well together and you could see that they all had fun creating the movie.

Overall this film is fun, it’s uplifting and a great movie to watch on a night in.

A Million Ways To Die In The West

A million ways to die in the West is a new film that only came out in May this year. It's a comedy in which a spineless farmer finds love in the new, mysterious girl in town.

I feel this film isn’t the best of films I’ve seen, however when I watched it I was quite amused as it shows some funny humour in it. Most of which is quite rude so I wouldn’t recommend it to younger viewers. It has a great storyline which is easy to follow and understand. It has some great actors throughout including the hilarious Seth MacFarlane who plays Albert. Liam Neeson who plays Clinch and Charlize Theron who plays Anna. All of which are fantastic actors who bring great humour to this film.

When Albert (Seth MacFarlane) The sheep farmer backs out of a gunfight in town his girlfriend Louise (Amanda Seyfried) leaves him for another man, a ‘manlier man’. Albert finds himself getting into a fight with this new boyfriend of hers Foy (played by Neil Patrick Harris) to try and win back Louise. When the new woman in town rides in, Anna (Charlize Theron) she helps him to find his courage and they slowly fall in love. When Anna’s husband Clinch (Liam Neeson) comes into town Albert finds himself faced against the best gunman in town and Albert must put his newfound courage to the test.

Although this film offers many laughs and is supported by many great actors I feel I wouldn’t be that tempted to watch many times again, however if you are looking for a great, funny time or you enjoy lots of humour this is the film for you.

The Lego Movie

"The Story Of A Nobody Who Saved Everybody"

To be honest when I first saw this movie I didn’t expect much from it I expected to be highly disappointed however I was very wrong.

The lego movie is fantastic it has an obvious storyline that I think is quite easy to follow and understand. Whether you’re young or old it’s enjoyable and I’ve found myself watching it numerous times after my first viewing.

The story starts of with a guy named emmet:

Emmet is an ordinary guy who does ordinary, everyday things. He follows every rule and every instruction of Lord Business. One day his life changes and he gets named the 'special' and a race against time starts to change and save everyone. He shows his new and ordinary ideas to try and help the lego citizens along with the help of some friends.

Can he change everything? Can he help the lego universe from evil?

This is a witty, Clever and humorous film.

I would easily give this film a 7.5/10.

Thor!

Exciting, Breath- taking and just a kick ass experience.

Thor has always been one of my favourite films from its release date in 2011. All marvel films never fail to excite me It's like I'm taken to this completely different world so I'm very excited to be blogging about such a fantastic film.

As I said Thor was released in 2011 and since then another one was released 'Thor: The Dark World' and like the first one did not disappoint.

One of the main reasons why this film excites me and many viewers is the actors throughout. From the lovely Chris Hemsworth who plays the mighty God of thunder Thor to Loki the misunderstood, badass demigod. Not only are these two characters easy on the eyes (Am I right ladies? ;D) they are fantastic actors who brought power and excitement to the film.

Other characters include the ever so beautiful Natalie Portman who plays Jane foster, Anthony Hopkins who plays Odin (Loki's and Thor's father and God of asgard) and quite a few more astounding characters are shown throughout which i feel makes this movie exciting and easy to watch.

Thor is a film about two brothers, Loki and Thor who are sons of Odin ruler of Asgard. 'Thor' is a nice mix of old mythology and new modern ideas set in what appears to be America. When Thor is sent down to Earth for his arrogance and reigniting a war he is forced to live among humans to learn to earn his status as a God. He goes on to meet Jane Foster a scientist interested in greek mythology and science who helps and follows his ideas to help and assist him. However Loki creates mischief to try to stop Thor as he continues to wan't to be something more but when dark forces are sent to earth to destroy, Thor earns his courage and learns what it takes to be a hero.

This movie is a feel-good film with much action and fantastic actors.
